Director of National archives of Armenia Grigor Arshakyan on November 17 met the general secretary of Bible society in the Gulf, doctor of theology, writer, publicist, social figure (worker) Hrayr Jebjebian

Grigor Archakyan introduced to the guest archives activity and emphasized the importance of archives huge collection of documents, the necessity of preserving and passing historical and cultural heritage to future generations.

Hrayr Jebejian referred to the activities of the United Bible Society, noting that it operates in about 190 countries around the world, including Armenia.

Interlocutors have decided to cooperate in research and culture fields. They also discussed the opportunity of transfer to Armenia archives of the United Bible Society from the USA, Lebanon and Egypt, especially personal archive of a famous oculist, social worker and publisher Roper Jebejian.
